By creating an account on Stockmate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Stockmate provides a B2B lead-discovery platform that connects to your inventory-management systems, retrieves your stock data, and uses third-party APIs to find nearby businesses likely to purchase your products. The service is provided on an as-is basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during signup. One person may not maintain more than one free account.
You agree not to use Stockmate to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam), to harvest contact information for resale, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Stockmate relies on external APIs (Google Places, Hunter.io, DeepSeek, and inventory platforms such as Unleashed and Cin7). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of them through Stockmate may be subject to their own terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are provided. One-time credit packs do not expire.
Stockmate is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
