These terms cover existing Stockmate accounts. The inventory-to-demand pilot described on our homepage is in preparation; participation, source access and commercial terms will be agreed separately before a pilot begins.
By creating an account on Stockmate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Stockmate is developing inventory-aware discovery of buyer requests, RFQs and tenders. The proposed workflow compares purchasing requirements with available stock and directs suppliers to the original platform to review a request and respond. Source access and integrations are assessed individually; inclusion in our research registry does not mean a live connection is available.
Existing account tools support inventory retrieval and business-contact discovery through third-party APIs. Those account tools are provided on an as-is basis and are separate from the proposed pilot workflow.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during signup. One person may not maintain more than one free account.
You agree not to use Stockmate to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam), to harvest contact information for resale, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Existing account tools rely on external APIs, including Google Places, Hunter.io, DeepSeek and inventory providers. Any pilot connection to a marketplace or procurement platform will be subject to its agreed access conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party services. Your use of them through Stockmate may be subject to their own terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are provided. One-time credit packs do not expire.
Stockmate is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
